Now, as we shape a new-look leadership team, we’re looking for a Night Manager who can lead by example and bring consistency, calm, and clinical oversight to our night shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As Night Manager, you’ll take the reins each night, ensuring the home runs smoothly, safely, and in line with our high standards of care. You’ll be responsible for supervising the night team, leading handovers, and being the go-to clinical lead for any decisions or concerns that arise.
You’ll also ensure that residents are settled, comfortable, and respected, and that documentation is completed accurately and on time. From checking care plans to supporting unwell residents and mentoring junior staff, your presence will be a calming and capable one.
Most of all, you’ll be part of a new leadership chapter at The Amwell, helping shape our home’s future by delivering consistent excellence, even when the rest of the world sleeps.
