We’re now looking for a Team Leader who shares our passion for putting residents first and empowering others to be their best. Someone who can guide with empathy, lead with confidence, and bring a genuine sense of purpose to every shift.

In this role, you won’t just support residents, you’ll support your colleagues too, acting as a role model and mentor to our care team. You’ll help shape a culture where kindness, dignity, and high standards go hand in hand. Whether you're overseeing care plans, administering medication, or stepping in with a reassuring word during a tough moment, you’ll always be leading by example.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading by example, providing person-centred care with dignity, empathy, and respect.
• Supporting your team with confidence, creating a positive and professional working culture.
• Overseeing care plans and medication, ensuring every detail supports each resident’s individual needs.
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding quickly and appropriately when things change.
• Communicating clearly with colleagues, residents, and families, building trust every step of the way.

To thrive here, you’ll need to be confident in leading a team, experienced in supporting older people (especially those living with dementia), and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. Most importantly, you’ll bring a calm, compassionate presence and a belief that every resident deserves to feel truly at home.

What we're looking for:

• A natural leader with a compassionate heart and a can-do attitude.
• Experience supporting older people, ideally those living with dementia.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care – essential.
• A team player who motivates others and leads with integrity and warmth.
