  • Commercial Ownership – Own the region’s P&L performance, manage budgets, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Growth Leadership – Drive regional expansion, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment to grow market share.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee the smooth delivery of care services, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and consistency.
  • Client Experience Champion – Ensure outstanding care experiences, resolve concerns effectively, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • People Agenda Ownership – Lead the recruitment, development, and wellbeing of your teams, championing our people-first culture.
  • Compliance Leadership – Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, maintaining robust governance frameworks.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in health & social care, preferably within homecare or regulated care environments.
  • Strong commercial and operational track record with clear evidence of delivering growth and profitability.
  • Excellent knowledge of care service delivery best practices and regulatory expectations (CQC or equivalent).
  • Strategic thinking and strong communication skills, able to engage at Executive and Board levels.

Why Trinity?

  • Mission-Driven – Make a tangible impact in the lives of those we care for.
  • Career Elevation – A senior leadership role with the autonomy and influence to shape regional strategy and results.
  • Innovative Culture – Work with passionate teams in a forward-thinking organisation shaping the future of homecare.
