Brain Injury Support Worker Opportunity   Location: Barnet, London  Pay rates: £15.45-£17.51 Day Shift: 24-hour shifts 8am-8am                     12-hour shifts 8am-8pm

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone’s life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist one of our clients in North West London. You’ll play an important role in helping with day-to-day activities, building independence, and offering companionship.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
• Encouraging independence and skill-building
• Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
• Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries 
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
