Staff Nurse (Day Shifts) - Band 5

Salary: Up to £34,500 plus enhancements for weekends

Hours per week: 37.5

We are seeking An experienced and skilled Staff Nurse to join our client's team on day shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a neurological rehabilitation setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Qualifications

• RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) with a valid UK NMC pin
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or a strong desire to develop skills in this area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice

Day-to-Day

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological rehabilitation needs
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individual care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress and reporting any changes to the clinical team
• Ensuring the delivery of person-centred care and maintaining high standards of clinical practice
• Providing support and education to patients and their families
