What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role.
- Knowledge: A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning, creativity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities tailored to children's individual needs, in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel supported to learn and develop.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's development, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Promote a love of the outdoors through activities in the nursery's expansive outdoor space.
- Adhere to nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety standards.
