What we're looking for:
  • Professional Registration: Registered Nurse (NMC pin) with proven leadership experience, ideally as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and nursing home best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated experience in rota management, audits, and driving quality improvements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Your day-to-day
