What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience working in a nursing home setting, particularly with residents with dementia and complex care needs.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to care, with a genuine desire to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, proactive attitude.

Your Day-to-Day
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, supporting them with daily living and their specific health needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective care planning and delivery, including assisting with the development of person-centred care plans.
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions, documenting changes and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to further enhance your clinical knowledge and career progression.
