As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll work alongside a supportive team to create a safe and respectful environment, providing nursing care to residents with various conditions, including dementia. What We're Looking For
  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Experience working in a nursing home setting, particularly with residents with dementia and complex care needs.
  • A compassionate, person-centred approach to care, with a genuine desire to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, proactive attitude.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, supporting them with daily living and their specific health needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective care planning and delivery, including assisting with the development of person-centred care plans.
  • Monitor and assess residents' conditions, documenting changes and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to further enhance your clinical knowledge and career progression.
