As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding care for residents, including those with dementia and general nursing needs. What we're looking for:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
  • Proven experience in a nursing home setting, with senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of dementia care and general nursing for older adults.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Lead on care planning and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and best practice standards.
