- Qualifications: RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification (Adult) with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience: Proven expertise in specialist palliative or neurological care.

- Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, promoting professional development and guiding the team to achieve excellence.
- Ensuring care is safe, effective, and tailored to each service user, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans.
- Mentoring and teaching staff, fostering continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards and guidelines.
- Communicating with service users and their families in an empathetic and professional manner, addressing concerns or difficult messages tactfully.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, integrated care.
- Staying up-to-date with current legislation and best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality improvement initiatives.
