We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a UK/UI Designer to join our team in Alcester.

In this role you will integrate research, ideation, and design skills to identify and resolve user experience issues. This position will involve shaping our digital style, implementing A/B tests, and making a substantial impact on key internal projects.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Enhance our digital performance by elevating the UX and refining the customer journey on our website.
  • Plan and implement new projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify opportunities for improving.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate and illustrate design concepts, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity.
  • Provide intuition and experience testing.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have previous experience of working in a similar role and knowledge of a range of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. High level understanding of Figma, or similar tools would also be useful. You’’ need to have experience of using Google Analytics, and experience of conducting user research.
