As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of care provided to residents. Working in a supportive and collaborative environment, you'll lead on clinical governance, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse: A valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
• Clinical Governance Expertise: Proven experience with clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and lead a nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Oversee and lead clinical practices, setting the standard for excellence in care delivery.
• Resident Care: Support the delivery of personalized care plans for residents with dementia and nursing needs.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
• Team Development: Mentor, support, and inspire the nursing team to achieve their best.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the care home management team to implement strategic initiatives and improve outcomes.
• Safeguarding & Risk Management: Ensure resident safety and well-being through proactive risk assessment and safeguarding measures.
