- Registered Nurse: A valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
- Clinical Governance Expertise: Proven experience with clinical governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee and lead clinical practices, setting the standard for excellence in care delivery.
- Resident Care: Support the delivery of personalized care plans for residents with dementia and nursing needs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
- Team Development: Mentor, support, and inspire the nursing team to achieve their best.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the care home management team to implement strategic initiatives and improve outcomes.
- Safeguarding & Risk Management: Ensure resident safety and well-being through proactive risk assessment and safeguarding measures.
