- Qualified RGN (Registered General Nurse) with an active NMC registration.
- Experience in nursing homes or geriatric care is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in working both as part of a collaborative team and independently.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
- Regularly monitor residents' health, promptly addressing any changes, and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, review, and implement individualized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.
- Provide guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants, contributing to their ongoing professional development.
- Ensure meticulous documentation, maintaining up-to-date and accurate resident records in line with regulatory standards.
