What we're looking for:
- Proven Experience: Previous managerial experience in an early years education setting e.g. deputy nursery manager, nursery manager.
- Education Requirements: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
- Leadership Excellence: Strong ability to inspire, guide, and support a diverse team.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in early years settings.
