Salary: Up to £37,000
45 hours per week
Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our client's small, vibrant, and inclusive nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

What we're looking for:

• Proven Experience: Previous managerial experience in an early years education setting e.g. deputy nursery manager, nursery manager.
• Education Requirements: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
• Leadership Excellence: Strong ability to inspire, guide, and support a diverse team.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in early years settings.

• Daily Operations: Oversee the nursery's daily functions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
