Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) - Baby Room

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

We are excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated Baby Nursery Room Leader to join our client's team. As a Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care babies in their nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong leadership abilities and a genuine love for early childhood development.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Demonstrate a proven track record in a Nursery Room Leader role or a similar leadership position
• Possess an in-depth understanding of child development and the ability to cater to each child's distinct needs
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Stay abreast of the latest health and safety regulations and implement them effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nursery staff to ensure the delivery of personalized care and attention to each baby
• Create and execute developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences tailored to the needs of babies
• Uphold a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for babies to thrive
• Foster strong and open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's growth and milestones
• Contribute to the enhancement of the nursery's programs and curriculum through valuable insights and innovative ideas
