We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team at their specialist nursing home. The role offers competitive pay and full-time day shifts.
Our client provides specialist care to those who have varying needs as a result of physical & long-term neurological conditions. Their Registered Nurse team is highly skilled and trained to deliver specialist and complex nursing care and have significant experience with tracheostomy, PEG/NG care, wound management and the provision of end-of-life care.

Qualifications
- RGN/RMN/RNLD qualification and active registration with the UK NMC
- Proven experience working as a nurse, with experience in caring for individuals with physical & long-term neurological conditions
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality nursing care to residents with varying needs, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement care plans
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and vital signs
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
