Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN/RNLD

Day Shifts

Hourly Rate: From £19

37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team at their specialist nursing home. The role offers competitive pay and full-time day shifts.

Our client provides specialist care to those who have varying needs as a result of physical & long-term neurological conditions. Their Registered Nurse team is highly skilled and trained to deliver specialist and complex nursing care and have significant experience with tracheostomy, PEG/NG care, wound management and the provision of end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• RGN/RMN/RNLD qualification and active registration with the UK NMC
• Proven experience working as a nurse, with experience in caring for individuals with physical & long-term neurological conditions
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care to residents with varying needs, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement care plans
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and vital signs
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
