Thornfield Care Home is situated on the outskirts of the lovely seaside town of Seaton which is located on the world-famous Jurassic Coast. Thornfield Care Home is registered for 52 residents.

Thornfield Care Home is seeking an exceptional Home Manager with a proven track record in dementia care, ready to lead our residential service to new heights by boosting occupancy and cultivating a supportive, positive staff culture.

•  CQC Inspection: Overall ‘Outstanding’.
•  Agency usage per week: Zero.
•  Occupancy: 80%
•  Carehome.co.uk rating: A solid score of 9.3 out of 10.
