Hourly Rate: £22.50 - £24.00
Hours: 36 hours per week, night shifts

What we're looking for

• A valid NMC Pin and nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
• Experience in nursing or residential care settings is advantageous.

What you day will look like

• Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with residents' individual care plans.
• Administer medications and perform clinical duties to the highest standards.
• Monitor and respond to residents' health needs throughout the night.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
