Registered Nurse - RGN/RMN

£21.50 per hour + Benefits

36-48 hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid NMC Pin with registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
• Prior experience in a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting is preferred.
• Ability to work 36-48 hours per week on a rotational schedule.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for patient-centred care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and conduct regular health assessments.
• Support and mentor care staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Work a rotation of day and night shifts, with alternate weekends required.
