Skills and Qualifications
- RGN or RMN Qualification: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC Pin and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience in Dementia or Nursing Care: Previous experience in nursing or dementia care is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
