Experience and Qualifications

- Montessori Knowledge (Beneficial): Experience with or knowledge of Montessori principles is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Implement Activities: Design engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's individual development and curiosity, both indoors and in the outdoor classroom.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a warm, homely space where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Promote Physical Play: Use the large outdoor space to encourage physical activity and motor skills development through structured and free-play activities.
- Monitor and Support Development: Observe and assess children's progress, using insights to adapt learning activities and communicate development milestones with parents and the team.
- Champion Montessori Methods: Utilize hands-on, Montessori-inspired learning materials to stimulate children's natural love for discovery.
