Our client is a nurturing nursery that offers a warm, homely environment for children aged six weeks to five years. With a focus on growth and development, the nursery provides a range of stimulating indoor and outdoor activities, including sandpits, mud kitchens, vegetable patches, and bug gardens, to encourage exploration, play, and learning.

As a Nursery Practitioner Level 2, you will play an essential role in supporting the educational and personal development of the children in your care. You will work alongside a dedicated and passionate team to create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes each child's growth and well-being.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children from six weeks to five years old.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children's development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and play.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and team members.
  • Support the development of children's social, emotional, and physical skills.
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed at all times.
