Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £25,000

40 hours per week

Our client is a welcoming and child-centred nursery nestled in a beautifully designed house, offering a warm, nurturing environment for children from 3 months to 5 years. With thoughtfully equipped indoor spaces and a large, enclosed outdoor play area, the nursery provides an ideal setting for children to explore, learn, and thrive.

As a Level 3 Practitioner you will play a key role in creating age-appropriate learning experiences that support each child's unique journey and development.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children, fostering their curiosity and creativity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Experience in supporting children's learning and well-being, with a commitment to safety and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead engaging activities tailored to different age groups, supporting each child's social, emotional, and intellectual development.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and the team, ensuring clear communication and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain a safe and organized environment indoors and outdoors, allowing children to explore freely and safely.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and working with parents to support individual learning goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
