Requirements/Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification, with a valid NMC pin
- Experience in nursing, palliative, or elderly care preferred, but not essential
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently during night shifts
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times
- Administer medications and manage care plans according to each resident's needs
- Monitor and assess residents' health, communicating any changes to the care team and families
- Support residents and families with end-of-life care and palliative support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to provide a cohesive care experience
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and our home's policies and procedures
