Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Salary: £27,000
40 hours per week
The nursery is housed in a purposely converted building designed with children's learning and development at the heart of its design. The spacious, open-plan rooms provide a stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The nursery also boasts a private Garden and free-flow areas.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of child development, a creative approach to activities, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive approach to teamwork and child development
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and education
