Deputy Nursery Room Leader

Salary: £28,000

40 hours per week

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting the Room Leader with the day-to-day management and operation of the Room, ensuring the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.

Qualifications
  • Level 3 in Early Years and above
  • Demonstrable experience in a nursery or early years setting, showcasing your passion for nurturing and educating young children
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example

Responsibilities
