Qualifications
- Possession of Level 3 in Early Years or above
- Prior experience as a Nursery Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion within early years settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging and inclusive activities to enhance children's learning and growth
- Ensure a secure and caring environment for children in compliance with safeguarding and health and safety regulations
- Foster positive connections with children, families, and colleagues to establish an inviting and diverse nursery atmosphere
- Monitor and evaluate children's progress, and maintain open communication with parents and carers
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the nursery through active participation in meetings, training, and the sharing of best practices
