Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a nursery setting, with a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of outstanding care and education to children.
- Plan and implement engaging and inclusive activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of the children.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children to thrive and develop.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and families, ensuring open and effective communication.
