Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in a nursery setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the nursery's success

- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the early years sector

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5 years
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences to support children's learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the nursery's leadership team in maintaining high standards of care and education
- Observe and assess children's progress, and record their development in line with the EYFS framework
- Work collaboratively with other practitioners to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
- Follow all safeguarding and health & safety policies and procedures
