Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Salary: Up to £26,500, depending on experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and early years education to children, holding a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. To be considered for this position, you should have:
  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, demonstrating a strong understanding of the responsibilities and demands of the role
  • Proficiency in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a deep understanding of its principles and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Building strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative community
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of children's development and well-being, ensuring all aspects of their care are thoroughly documented
