Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) or equivalent
- Proven management experience in supported living or similar setting
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide individualised support to those with learning and physical disabilities
- Full, valid driving license

- Program Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.

- Individualized Care Planning: Develop and review personalized support plans that align with service users' needs and goals.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain regulatory and organizational standards through regular assessments and audits.
- Resource Management: Oversee budgets and resources efficiently to support program sustainability and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and achieve KPIs to ensure quality service and continuous improvement.
