Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children, with a focus on their developmental journey.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of each child.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication to support the children's best outcomes.
- Observe, assess, and document children's development, preparing insightful reports for parents, and identifying areas for growth and further support.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and nurturing environment to promote both safety and well-being for every child.
