Salary: Up to £60,000

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential care home catering to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents, ensuring their well-being and fostering a nurturing environment.

To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a management role within a care setting, with a specific focus on supporting individuals with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in care management, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, vital for driving a cohesive and high-performing care team.
  • A compassionate and inclusive approach to care, valuing diversity and actively promoting equality in all aspects of service delivery.
