Registered Nurse
42 hours per week (Night shifts)
Hourly Rate: £21.50 (with paid breaks)

Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on night shifts. Qualifications
  • NMC Pin Required: Active registration with the NMC and nursing qualification
  • Experience in nursing, dementia, or palliative care settings (preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high standards of care
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently during night shifts


Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Care: Provide individualized, high-quality care during night shifts to support residents' needs and well-being.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer and monitor medications, adhering to all healthcare regulations.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement tailored care plans to promote each resident's physical and emotional health.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with fellow staff to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care activities and observations.
