Qualifications
- RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) or RMN Registered Mental Health Nurse or RNLD Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
- Valid UK NMC registration
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably working with patients with physical and long-term neurological conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients with physical and long-term neurological conditions in a professional and compassionate manner
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being
- Monitoring patient conditions and updating medical records
- Participating in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individuals with physical and long-term neurological conditions
- Providing support and guidance to junior staff members
