Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with leadership experience desirable
- A deep understanding of child development and EYFS framework
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
- Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
- Lead and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of care and education across the nursery
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children to explore, play, and grow
- Build strong relationships with children and parents providing regular feedback on children's progress
- Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and all relevant policies and procedures
- Support the day-to-day management of the nursery, including staff rotas and room organization
