Night Shifts

Hourly Rate: £22

36 hours per week

Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN): Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
  • Experience in Dementia Care: Prior experience in dementia or similar care settings is preferred.
  • Clinical Proficiency: Skilled in medication administration, health monitoring, and care planning.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of interacting compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personalized Nursing Care: Deliver individualised, high-quality nursing care that supports the unique needs of residents with dementia, promoting both physical and emotional well-being.
  • Medication Administration and Clinical Procedures: Safely administer medications and perform essential clinical procedures in line with established care plans.
  • Health Monitoring and Response: Monitor residents' health closely, responding swiftly to changes and collaborating withthe care team to make adjustments as needed.
  • Family and Resident Support: Build positive relationships with residents and their families, offering support, regular updates, and compassionate communication.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Document all care activities clearly and thoroughly, meeting regulatory standards and the home's policies.
