Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a similar qualification
- Proven experience in elderly care, preferably in a senior healthcare assistant role
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a caring and patient-centred approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy, respect, and a commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of care

Responsibilities
- Giving top-notch personal care and assistance to elderly residents during night shifts
- Making sure medication is given and healthcare protocols are followed
- Getting residents involved in various activities to boost social interaction and mental well-being
- Working closely with the healthcare team to create and put into action individual care plans
- Keeping an eye on and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the right medical staff
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of residents' care and progress
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues
- Adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism
