Nursery Room Leader - Level 3

Salary: Up to £31,000

Hours per week: 40

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join our client's friendly and inclusive nursery team. In this role, you will oversee a designated room within the nursery, ensuring a secure and enriching environment for the children in your care. The nursery boasts spacious classrooms with plenty of natural light, an engaging indoor play area with a performance stage, and outdoor spaces for gardening and physical activities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in a childcare environment, with a solid grasp of early childhood development.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nursery practitioners to deliver top-quality care and educational experiences for children.
• Develop and execute age-appropriate activities and schedules tailored to each child's needs.
• Uphold a safe and inclusive atmosphere, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety protocols at all times.
• Foster strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
