Key Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years in line with government guidelines.
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.

About the Role:
As a Lead Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily running of the nursery. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and early years education to children
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that encourages children's growth and development.
- Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's learning across all areas of development.
- Building strong partnerships with parents, ensuring excellent communication and involvement in their child's progress.
- Upholding the nursery's policies, including safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
