Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Hourly Rate: From £19
40 hours per week


Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a dedicated and supportive environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team at their mental health hospital, specialising in providing exceptional care for men and women aged 18 and above who have mental health conditions.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting individuals who require care and intervention, often when community-based support is insufficient or unavailable. The hospital is committed to creating a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes healing and recovery. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, employing your expertise to assess needs, develop personalised care plans, and deliver high-quality nursing care.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated RMN with:
  • A valid NMC Pin and experience in a mental health setting.
  • A strong understanding of mental health conditions and effective treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage complex care situations with empathy and professionalism.


Your Role:

As an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
