Are you a an experienced RGN (Registered General Nurse) with a passion for providing exceptional care to older adults? Our client is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join their nursing team. In this role, you will focus on delivering general nursing and palliative care to older adults, making a meaningful impact by providing high-quality and personalised nursing care.

As a vital team member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of residents, ensuring that they receive comprehensive nursing care

Qualification required for the role:

• RGN qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Preferably prior experience in working with older adults, mental health patients, and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and their families.
• The ability to thrive both as part of a team and independently.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

As a valuable member of the nursing team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and devising tailored nursing care plans for older adults
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care under the guidance of physicians.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, proactively adjusting care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing unwavering support to patients and their families
• Collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records and staying updated with the latest nursing practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
