As a valuable member of the nursing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and devising tailored nursing care plans for older adults
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care under the guidance of physicians.
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, proactively adjusting care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Providing unwavering support to patients and their families
- Collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintaining meticulous patient records and staying updated with the latest nursing practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
