Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Hourly Rate: £20-£21

Full-Time - 40 hours per week

As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care older adults residents with a primary focus on general nursing and palliative care. Your responsibilities will include delivering personalised care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assessing patient progress, educating patients and families, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

What We're Looking For

• Hold a valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Demonstrate proven experience in providing care for adult and older adult patients, particularly in the areas of general nursing and palliative care.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Be capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Show a commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver personalized care, addressing the emotional and social well-being of patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create tailored care plans for each patient.
• Regularly assess patient progress and effectively communicate any concerns to the relevant team members.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and self-care techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
