Salary: Up to £28,500
Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday

What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Early Years
- Experience: Previous experience in a Room Leader role or similar leadership role in early years settings
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS and SEN requirements
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for play-based learning, and an ability to inspire and lead a team

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate the room team, ensuring a high standard of care and collaboration.
- Child Development and Care: Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports each child's growth.
- Curriculum Planning: Design and implement engaging, play-based activities aligned with EYFS standards and children's interests.
- Family Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, regularly updating them on their child's development.
- Daily Operations: Ensure all activities and routines meet regulatory requirements and the nursery's policies and procedures.
