What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Ealy Years or above
- Experience: Previous leadership experience in early years education
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS and SEN
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and a passion for play-based learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Assist the Room Manager in leading and supporting the pre-school team, fostering collaboration and high standards.
- Child Development and Care: Provide high-quality education and care, creating a joyful and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Learning Environment: Embrace the nursery's play-based and natural learning approach, with an emphasis on outdoor exploration and forest school principles.
- Family Partnerships: Build positive relationships with families, offering regular updates on each child's progress.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities, ensuring they align with EYFS and Ofsted standards and the nursery's policies.
