What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience: Experience working with children in an early years setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Knowledge & Skills: A strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
- Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, caring, and motivated, with the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Child Development and Care: Support children's development in line with EYFS guidelines, focusing on their individual needs.
- Observations and Planning: Regularly observe and plan activities that reflect children's interests and support their learning journey.
- Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, offering updates on children's progress and ensuring open communication.
- Daily Operations: Assist in the smooth operation of the nursery, ensuring the environment is safe, engaging, and conducive to learning.
