- Resident Care: Conduct regular health assessments and create personalized care plans for residents.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments per individual care plans and best practices.
- Work Environment: Act as a role model, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for the nursing team.
- Staff Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing nursing staff.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
