Qualifications:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience in a nursery environment
- Possess a solid grasp of the EYFS framework and child development principles
- Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational aptitude
- Radiate a sincere passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development

Responsibilities:
- Take the helm in guiding and supervising a team of nursery practitioners, offering mentorship, support, and training where needed
- Craft and execute engaging activities tailored to different age groups, aligned with the EYFS framework, to nurture children's learning and growth
- Foster strong connections with children and their families, promoting transparent communication and active collaboration
- Ensure a secure and hygienic environment, conducting risk assessments and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Manage administrative duties, including maintaining children's records, generating reports, and participating in staff meetings and training sessions
- Strive for continuous enhancement by engaging in regular assessments, self-evaluation, and effecting necessary modifications
